My version of paella is an easy dish that's a sure crowd pleaser. It's filled with deliciously fragrant saffron & dry white wine and stuffed full of shrimp, chicken, green peas and bell peppers.


Saffron Butter | Shrimp Chicken Thighs Olive Oil Garlic | Frozen Peas Onions | Bell Pepper Long Grain Rice White Wine Chicken Stock

Heat up a pan with oil and then season and cook the chicken until browned. Then set aside.

Add butter, garlic and onion to the pan and cook until browned.

Add the rice to the mixture and stir until the butter is absorbed.

Add the saffron and wine mixture and then simmer until absorbed by the rice.

Add the chicken broth and simmer until absorbed. Then add in the remaining ingredients and heat until warmed through.
