INGREDIENTS:

½ lb brussels sprouts ¼ lb bacon 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Remove the hard stem from the bottom of the brussels sprouts.

Then slice the brussels sprouts in half.

Repeat until you have trimmed and cut all the brussels sprouts.

In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Pour the vinaigrette over the brussels sprouts and toss until they are all well coated.

Slice bacon into small pieces.

Place bacon and brussels sprouts next to each other - but separated - in a preheated air fryer basket.

Air fry 5 minutes at 350°F, mix the bacon and brussels sprouts gently - without mixing them together just yet.

Air fry 5 more minutes.

Mix everything together.

Air fry for 5 more minutes at 390°F, until bacon is a bit crispy and the brussels sprouts are browned at the edges.

Serve as a side dish - or just snack on them on their own, they're that good!!
