CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Crispy, tasty, healthy!

The best Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks are done in just 20 minutes after marinating in olive oil, lime juice and spices. They come out tender and perfectly cooked, with a slightly crispy exterior. You'll never make drumsticks any other way again!

4 chicken drumsticks ½ lime 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon paprika powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

INGREDIENTS:

Mix together all the spices in a small bowl

Place the chicken drumsticks in a plastic freezer bag

Add the mixed spices on top of the drumsticks

Squeeze over the lime juice

Pour over olive oil

Close the bag well, then massage the seasoning into the chicken through the bag

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors set

Place the drumsticks in a preheated air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 18 minutes. Turn the drumsticks about halfway.

Use a meat thermometer to make sure they're done - it should reach 179°F (82°C) when inserted near the bone

Serve as a snack on their own, or as part of a meal! Either way, enjoy!
