6 medium-sized potatoes 1 teaspoon olive oil ½ teaspoon salt

Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges. I like to keep the peel on, but wash the potatoes first!

Place in a bowl and season with salt and olive oil

Mix well to spread the seasoning evenly

Place potato wedges in a preheated air fryer basket

Air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F, bringing the basket out once every 5 minutes to shake the wedges around

After 15 minutes they should have a nice golden brown color on the outside, and be soft inside. If not - add a few more minutes.

Serve as a side dish, or as a snack with your favorite dip sauces.
