BACON WRAPPED SALMON

INGREDIENTS:

2 salmon filets 6 slices bacon 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp butter 1 garlic clove ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce ⅛ teaspoon fine table salt

Place butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a bowl and smash together with a fork.

Top the salmon filets with the garlic butter.

Wrap with bacon.

Place in an oven safe dish and pour over lemon juice.

Bake at 440°F for 16 minutes, or until salmon is done. Flip the salmon halfway.

Serve with the butter sauce from the pan as a sauce, it's delicious on top of rice!
