Salted Butter | Sugar Eggs | Flour Vanilla Sugar Baking Powder | Milk White Chocolate Raspberries

Mix together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Then mix in the eggs.

Add in the shredded white chocolate and hand mix. Then set the batter aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then hand mix in some of the raspberries.

Add the raspberry-flour mixture to the batter and then add in the milk. Then gently hand mix everything together.

Evenly pour the batter into prepped muffin tins and top with white chocolate.  Then bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
