Vegetarian  Broccoli Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

Penne Pasta Butter Shallots Garlic Broccoli Mushrooms White Wine Heavy Cream Cherry Tomatoes

Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the shallots and garlic

Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, then add in the mushrooms

Add in the white wine and cook

Add in the cream and cherry tomatoes, then mix and simmer

Mix in the pasta and pasta water. Mix well and allow to simmer.
