BUFFALO SHRIMP

jumbo shrimp butter garlic hot sauce salt & pepper

Sauté garlic in butter, without browning.

Add salt, pepper & hot sauce, and simmer 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink on the bottom.

Flip and cook until the other side is pink as well.

And that's it! Serve with a nice piece of bread, with potatoes, or over pasta.
