INGREDIENTS:

Pork Chops Garlic Black Pepper Butter Thyme Mushrooms Red Wine

Rub a peeled garlic clove  over the pork chops, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add in the butter, garlic and thyme.

Add in the mushrooms and cook. Once cooked, remove everything and set aside.

Add the pork chops to the pan and cook on each side until colored.

Add the mushrooms and thyme back to the pan. Then pour over the wine and water and simmer.

Remove the pan from heat, cover the pan, and allow the pork to rest before serving.
