Spaghetti | Olive Oil Butter | Garlic Shallots | Red Chili Zucchini | White Wine Mushrooms Asparagus | Halloumi Cherry Tomatoes Green Onions

Heat up the butter, shallots, garlic and chili in a pan until softened.

Add in the zucchini and continue to cook until tender.

Add in the mushrooms, zucchini and white wine and simmer.

Add in the halloumi, cherry tomatoes and seasonings and cook.

Mix in the pasta and pasta water. Once everything is mixed, serve and enjoy!
