CHICKEN STIR FRY

Make the best Chicken Stir Fry in just 25 minutes - chopping included! With chicken, broccoli, bell peppers and carrots this is a delicious, filling, meal on its own - add noodles or rice to serve more people.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Tbsp oil 1 lb chicken ½ tsp salt 1 tsp ground ginger 2 red bell peppers 1 bunch broccoli 2 carrots ½ cups Teriyaki sauce

Heat oil in a pan and add chicken, salt and ground ginger.

Cook for about 5 minutes, until chicken is just cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.

Add more oil to the pan, followed by the veggies. Mix well!

Cover with a lid to speed up the cooking process. Cook 5-10 minutes, until veggies are softer but still a bit crisp.

Mix in chicken & teriyaki sauce.

Leave on the heat for a minute, then serve!
