Make delicious Cocoa Powder Cookies without baking powder in under an hour. You just need a few simple ingredients that you probably already have at home. But beware, you won't be able to stop at one, or ten!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsalted butter ½ cup powdered sugar 1 3/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt

Mix butter vanilla extract and powdered sugar until soft, fluffy and well combined

In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture

Mix until well combined and you can form a ball from the dough. Don't overmix!

Form the dough into a log that's about 2 inches thick. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Bring out from the fridge and slice into 1/5 inch thick cookies

Spread out on baking sheets lined with parchment paper

Bake for at 375°F for 10 minutes or until done

All done - enjoy!! But don't say I didn't warn you...
