This Dump-And-Bake easy Chicken Casserole with Pasta is everything you need for a weeknight. All done in just over 1 hour, with just 10 minutes of prep. Creamy and filled with cheese this will become an immediate favorite with your whole family!

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons butter 1 lb chicken thigh filets 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon tomato paste ⅔ lb dry penne pasta 1.5 cups sun-dried tomatoes 3 handfuls spinach 1 cup shredded mozzarella  1 cup shredded parmesan 2 cups heavy cream

Grease a casserole dish with butter

Add the pasta - uncooked!

Add cooked chicken - either follow my recipe or use leftover chicken. Just make sure to spice it up!

Add sun-dried tomatoes

Add spinach

Add half of both the cheeses, then mix everything as well as you can

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, and pour over the cream

Push down any pasta that's above the creamy surface, and bake for 1 hour at 440°F (225°C). Cover halfway if it gets too much color!

And it's done! Serve and enjoy!
