⅓ lb bacon 1 garlic clove 6 white button mushrooms 2 tablespoons butter 1 lb gnocchi ½ cup heavy cream ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Place bacon in cold pan over medium-high heat and cook until bacon is done.

Add garlic & lower heat. Cook 1 minute without burning the garlic.

Add mushrooms & butter. Cook until butter is absorbed and mushrooms browned.

Add gnocchi to one side of the pan. Sear until gnocchi starts to brown.

Mix gnocchi with bacon & mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes.

Add cream & black pepper, mix, and simmer 2 minutes.

Taste test, add salt if needed, and you are done!

Serve topped with generous amounts of Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
