These Egg Muffins are loaded with Feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and black olives for a quick, easy, delicious & healthy breakfast or snack - low carb, gluten free, and vegetarian.

10 eggs 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 cup crumbled Feta 3/4 cup chopped  sun-dried tomatoes 1/3 cup pitted  black olives


Crack the eggs in a large bowl

Beat them well

Add cream, and mix well

Add Feta cheese, tomatoes & olives

Combine gently

Pour into muffin tin

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C)

And now you have a delicious breakfast or snack - to go!
