In a large skillet, add and cook the butter, garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add in the second half of the butter and mushrooms and continue to cook.

Push everything to the side in the skillet and add in the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, mix everything together.

Add in the red one and cook until half of it evaporates. Then add in the mushrooms stock, thyme and cream and allow to simmer.

Add in the cooked pasta with the sauce and simmer. Once done, mix in the parmesan cheese and serve!
