½ lb fresh pasta + pasta cooking water ½ cup ricotta cheese ⅓ cup shredded Pecorino cheese 1 small clove garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice ½ lemon (zest) 1 Tbsp olive oil ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INGREDIENTS:

Place all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Use a fork to smash and mix it all together.

When the pasta is cooked and the sauce is done, combine in a pot and add pasta cooking water.

Mix well, and add more pasta cooking water as needed. When it's creamy, it's done!

Serve topped with extra fresh ground black pepper!
