MUSHROOM TRUFFLE RISOTTO

INGREDIENTS:

Butter Garlic Shallots White Mushrooms Risotto Rice Mushroom Stock White Wine Parmesan Cheese White Truffle Oil

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the shallots and onions. Cook until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and risotto with the rest of the butter

Add in the white wine and mushroom stock to the pan

Add in the parmesan and truffle oil. Then season to taste, serve and enjoy!
