These Pumpkin Muffins are the ultimate fall treat. All done in under 30 minutes with just a few simple steps. Loaded with pumpkin, pumpkin spice and banana flavors, and a lot of chocolate chips, they're a treat the whole family will love.

½ cup butter ½ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 ripe bananas 1 cup pumpkin puree 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp ground nutmeg ¼ tsp ground cloves 1 cup chocolate chips

Place butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Mix until creamy and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix until fluffy, then add mashed banana & pumpkin puree.

Mix well - it's fine if the batter looks "broken".

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the batter.

Mix until just well combined - not more!

Fold in chocolate chips (optional but very tasty!).

Scoop into lined muffin tin and bake 18-20 minutes at 400°F.

They're done when a tooth pick inserted into a muffin comes out without batter.

Enjoy for breakfast, snack, late night snack! These muffins work any time of day.
