INGREDIENTS:

2 heads broccoli 3 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoon olive oil

Place broccoli florets, peeled and sliced broccoli stem, and sliced garlic in a bowl

Pour over olive oil

Season with salt

Season with ground black pepper - fresh is best!

Use your hands to mix it all together, massaging the broccoli a bit to really get the seasoning in there

Spread out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, until browned and crispy at the edges
