Butter Shallots Risotto Rice White Wine Lemon Juice Fish Stock Asparagus Parmesan Cheese Salmon

Melt butter in a large skillet and saute the shallots until browned.

Add in your risotto rice and fry for a few minutes, then pour in the wine.

Add in the fish stock and lemon juice, then allow to simmer.

Add in the chopped asparagus and salmon and mix together. Then cook for a few more minutes.
