Easy Shakshuka Recipe

This Shakshuka is a mix of a classic Shakshuka and the Turkish dish Menemen. A big breakfast for one, or more moderate for two - either way, grab a piece of bread and get dipping!

INGREDIENTS:

Butter Onion Bell Pepper White Mushroom Tomatoes Chili Flakes Paprika Powder Mozzarella Cheese Egg

Melt the butter in a pan, then saute the onion and bell pepper

Add in the mushrooms and olive oil and cook for 2 minutes

Add the tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

Add in the mozzarella and allow it to melt. Then quickly mix in the egg.

Serve the Shakshuka with bread and enjoy!
