Butter Shallots | Garlic Avorio Rice White Wine Fish Stock Parmesan | Basil Cooked Shrimp Asparagus

Melt butter in a pan and fry the garlic and shallots until softened.

Add in the rice and fry until the pan is starting to look dry.

Pour in the wine and fish stock and bring to a simmer and stir once.

Cook until the stock is just about gone.

Remove from heat and add in the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
