1 ripe banana 1 cup strawberries 1 cup mango 1 cup plain yogurt


Place banana and chopped strawberry & mango in a high powered blender.

Mix for 2 minutes, until no solid mango chunks or other solic pieces remain.

Add yogurt and mix again, until smooth and creamy and even in texture.

Pour in a nice glass.

Add a straw & top with strawberries - and serve!
