12 fresh dates 2 oz Feta cheese

Pit the dates, and place on a lined baking sheet.

Repeat until you've pitted all dates.

Cut or break the Feta cheese into 12 pieces and stuff into the pitted dates.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450°F, until cheese is golden brown and softened

Serve as an appetizer, and be ready to make more - your guests will devour them!
