INGREDIENTS:

½ lb ground pork ½ lb ground beef 1 teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon fine table salt ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 small yellow onion 1 boiled potato 2 tablespoons cream

Place ground pork, ground beef and all the spices in a mixing bowl

Mix well, making sure to get all the spices evenly mixed throughout the meat

Add Worcestershire sauce together with shredded onion and shredded potato

Mix well, and make sure the potato and onion are well mixed with the meat

Add cream

Mix well again!

Cover the mixture with plastic, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Bring the meat back out from the fridge and roll into meatballs. They should be about 1 inch across.

Repeat until you've rolled out all meatballs

Now cook the meatballs! Stove top: 6-8 minutes Oven: 8 minutes Air fryer: 6 minutes

Serve your Swedish meatballs with boiled potatoes, cream sauce & lingonberry jam for a traditional Swedish meal!
