Learn how to make Tater Tots at home - easy to make and loaded with amazing taste. Seasoned with garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper and cooked in the air fryer, they come out crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside


4 potatoes ½ Tbsp corn starch ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt ⅛ tsp black pepper 2 tsp vegetable oil

Boil potatoes, let them cool, then grate them.

In a small bowl, mix together seasoning and corn starch.

Place grated potatoes and seasoning in a large bowl.

Mix well and work the dough like you would a bread or bun dough.

Work it until it holds together well.

Now it's time to make tots! Take some dough in your hand and squeeze it gently to form a tot. Repeat!

Make 25 tater tots - best to make them similar in size!

Place them in a bowl and pour over the oil.

Mix gently, so the tots still keep their shape.

Now place them in a preheated air fryer basket.

Air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F. Remove the basket every 5 minutes to shake them around a bit.

They're done when they are golden and crispy and soft all the way through!

Serve immediately with your favorite sauce!
