LARB GAI - THAI CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

Tasty, healthy and done in just 15 minutes - that's this pretty authentic Larb Gai. Made with common ingredients and loaded with Thai flavors from fish sauce, lime, chili flakes and fresh mint & cilantro. Low in carbs as well as gluten and dairy free!

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetable Oil Ground Chicken Chili Flakes Shallots | Fish Sauce Scallions | Lime Cilantro | Sugar Mint Leaves Peanuts

Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce.

Heat a large pan with oil and then start breaking up the ground chicken.

Once the chicken is cooked, add in the seasoning, shallots and scallions.

Add in the sauce and mix, then remove from heat.

Mix in the cilantro, peanuts, and mint. Then serve and enjoy!
