Vegan Black Bean Chili

INGREDIENTS:

Butter | Onion Garlic Cloves Tomato Paste Bell Pepper | Red Wine Eggplant | Zucchini bouillon Cube Crushed Tomatoes Black Beans Cayenne Pepper

Heat butter in a pan. Then add in the garlic, onion and tomato paste.

Add in the red wine and the remaining vegetables.Allow to cook.

Add the tomatoes, seasonings, and bouillon cube. Mix well and simmer.

Add in black beans and mix well. Then serve with bread or tortilla chips.
