pasta butter shallots garlic broccoli white button mushrooms  dry white wine heavy cream cherry tomatoes pasta cooking water ground black pepper salt

Fry shallots and garlic cloves in butter for 1 minute, until fragrant

Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, until warm and a bit softened

Add more butter & the mushrooms - cook for 2 minutes, until butter has been absorbed

Add white wine and simmer for 1 minute

Remove the garlic cloves

Add cream and cherry tomatoes. Mix and simmer 1 minute.

Add cooked pasta & pasta cooking water, then simmer 2 minutes

Taste test and season as needed with salt & ground black pepper

All done!
