Salted Butter Sugar Eggs Flour Baking Powder Milk Vanilla Extract Lemon

Add the sugar and butter  to a large bowl and mix together until fluffy.

Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture and mix together.

In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Then add to the butter-sugar mixture.

Add in the milk, vanilla extract and lemon zest to the bowl. Then mix until smooth.

Evenly distribute the batter in a prepped muffin tin and bake until golden brown.
