Air Fryer Pizza Rolls are so easy to make from scratch whether you use store bought sauce & dough or make everything from scratch. With just 10 minutes of prep you can have these delicious rolls loaded with cheesy pizza flavors on the table in under 1 hour.
Sprinkle a clean and dry surface with flour and roll out the dough as thin as possible.
1 lb pizza dough, flour
Spread out the sauce evenly on top of the dough, leaving 1 inch (2.5 cm) empty on all sides.
¾ cup pizza sauce
Sprinkle over ⅔ of the shredded cheese
1½ cups shredded cheese
Top with salami, spread out evenly.
20 slices chorizo or pepperoni
Roll up the pizza, as tightly as possible. Cover in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Just before cooking, preheat your air fryer by running it at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
Bring out the pizza roll and unwrap. Cut into 16 pieces.
Brush the preheated air fryer basket with vegetable oil. Place as many pizza rolls as you can in a single layer in the basket, taking care to leave some room for the air to circulate.
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Air fry for 14 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Top with the remaining ⅓ of shredded cheese and air fry for 1 minute at 350°F (180°C).
Serve immediately!
