Turkey Burgers

Make the best & juiciest Air Fryer Turkey Burgers with just a quick prep, a few simple steps and 10 minutes of air frying. No chopping required as we use powdered seasonings and extra juicy thanks to fresh lemon juice.

1 lb ground turkey ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp fine table salt ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 egg ¼ cup breadcrumbs 1 tsp neutral cooking oil 

INGREDIENTS:

Place ground turkey in a bowl and add all seasoning except lemon juice.

Mix well, then add lemon juice and mix again. Use your hands if needed!

Whip the egg and add with the breadcrumbs.

Mix well, until it's all very well combined.

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, roll into 4 even-sized balls.

Brush a preheated air fryer basket with oil.

Add turkey balls.

Use a spatula to press the balls into patties.

Brush with oil.

Air fry 10 minutes at 375°F, until cooked through.

Serve in buns, or with the side of your choice.
