3 boiled potatoes 1 Tbsp olive oil ½ tsp paprika powder ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp sugar ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper


Place all the spices in a small bowl.

Mix well!

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the potatoes and spice mix.

Fry 5-7 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside!

Serve for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime you have leftover potatoes!
