CREME FRAICHE  SALMON PASTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Pasta Salmon Butter Shallots Lemon Pepper Creme Fraiche Cream Lemon Chives

Heat a pan over medium heat, melt the butter, then fry the shallots.

Add in the cubed salmon with the seasoning. Fry until cooked through.

Add in the creme fraiche and cream and mix. Then allow to simmer.

Add in the lemon zest, mix, and continue to simmer.

Remove from heat and mix in the cooked pasta and chopped chives.
