MEXICAN STUFFED PEPPERS

Make Stuffed Peppers without rice in 45 minutes following my easy, delicious stuffed pepper recipe. With tex-mex flavors from homemade or store bought taco seasoning and a cheesy topping, they're delicious served as they are or with a side of tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS:

Bell Peppers Vegetable Oil Ground Beef Cream Cheese Sour Cream Shredded Cheese Taco Seasoning

Remove the top and core the bell peppers. Then place them in a pot.

Start cooking the ground beef in a pan, then add in some water and the taco seasoning and mix.

Add in the cream cheese and sour cream and mix. Allow to simmer until well combined.

Spoon in the beef filling into the bell peppers, then top with the shredded cheese.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden, then serve and enjoy!
