Salted Butter Sugar Egg Flour Baking Powder Milk Vanilla Extract Lemon

Place the sugar and butter in a large bowl and mix until fluffy.

Add in the eggs and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add this dry mixture to the sugar mixture.

Add in the milk, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix the batter until smooth.

Evenly scoop out the batter into a prepped muffin tin. Bake until golden brown.
