PAELLA WITH  CHICKEN AND SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

Saffron | Butter Chicken Thighs Olive Oil | Garlic Yellow Onion Long Grain Rice White Wine Chicken Stock Shrimp | Geen Peas Bell Peppers

Fry the chicken in a pan with the butter and seasonings. Then take out and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic and rice to the pan you cooked the chicken in

Add in the saffron and wine mixture. Then add in the chicken stock and simmer.

Mix in your vegetables, shrimp and chicken. Allow to sit until it gets warm.
