Boiled Potatoes Butter Cream Cheese Sour Cream Shredded Cheese

Place the leftover boiled potatoes in a large bowl and mash together.

Add in the seasoning, cream cheese, butter and sour cream and mash together.

Mix in the cheese, then transfer to a casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake the casserole until the top is golden brown, then serve and enjoy!
