These Strawberry Filled Cupcakes are the ultimate summer cupcakes, and loved by kids and adults alike. Super easy to make with just vanilla cupcakes, fresh strawberries and whipped cream they come together in under 1 hour.

Make the vanilla cupcakes batter and then bake in the oven.

Start making the whipped cream by beating the heavy cream until it peaks and add the sugar.

Smash some strawberries in a small bowl, then add to the cream mixture. Then, fill a pastry bag with the cream.

Once cooled, scoop out the center of the cupcakes. Add in small chopped strawberries, then place the center back on top.

Pipe the whipped cream on top of the filled cupcakes. Then decorate it with more chopped strawberries.
