Make Stuffed Peppers without rice in 45 minutes following my easy, delicious stuffed pepper recipe. With tex-mex flavors from homemade or store bought taco seasoning and a cheesy topping, they're delicious served as they are or with a side of tortilla chips.


Red Bell Peppers Vegetable Oil Ground Beef Cream Cheese Sour Cream Shredded Cheese Taco Seasoning

If making your own taco seasoning, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

Cut the tops off of the peppers and remove the cores. Also cut a little off the bottom so they stand up straight.

Add oil to a large skillet and cook the beef until browned. Then add the water and taco seasoning and allow to simmer.

Add the cream cheese and sour cream to your meat and simmer until well combined.

Scoop the meat out and fill each pepper and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and golden.
