Thai Curry Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs Garlic Clove Ginger Massaman Curry Paste Broccoli Mushrooms White Rice Fish Sauce Cashew Nuts Lime

Beat the eggs and then pour into a heated pan. Cook until set on top, then remove.

Add the chopped garlic and Massaman Curry sauce to a skillet and heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook them. Push to the side and add in the rice.

Add in chopped cashews, cut up omelette, and seasonings to the mix, 

Mix in the cilantro. Then serve with Sriracha sauce and lime wedges
