This delicious dessert is easy to make in under 20 minutes and perfect to prep ahead for any dinner party. Loaded with baked bananas, kiwis & raspberries under a cover of passion fruit & white chocolate. Serve as it is or over vanilla ice cream.
Place sliced bananas in the bottom of the oven safe dish, followed by sliced kiwis, raspberries and passion fruit.
2 bananas, 3 kiwis, 1 cup raspberries, 3 passion fruits
Top with shredded white chocolate.
1 cup white chocolate
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then switch on the grill function (if you have it) and bake for another 5 minutes, until browned.
Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream.

For extra color use the "grill" function (if you have one) for the last 5 minutes
Prep ahead by doing everything except baking it, then placing it covered in the fridge until you want to serve it. Add 5 minutes to the cook time if cooking from refrigerated, or bring out 30 minutes ahead of time.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 4 days
