It's super easy to cook or heat up pre cooked shrimp in an air fryer. It takes just 3-5 minutes, and you can cook them from fresh, frozen or thawed. I suggest seasoning with garlic & paprika for incredible flavor, and topping it all off with fresh parsley for a green touch.
20pre cooked jumbo shrimpor smaller shrimp, but adjust cook time accordingly
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika powder
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoonolive oilor a neutral oil
1tablespoonflat leaf parsleyfinely chopped
Instructions
If using frozen shrimp, first air fry 1 minute at 400°F (200°C), until thawed, then drain any water from the bottom of the air fryer.

Mix together the spices and oil in a bowl or freezer bag.

Mix the shrimp with the spices and oil.

Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and air fry 2 minutes (3 minutes for raw shrimp) at 400°F (200°C) until heated / cooked through. If not done, repeat in 1 minute increments until done.
When the shrimp are done, place them in a bowl or on a plate and sprinkle with parsley. Mix, then serve!

This recipe for Air Fryer Frozen Shrimp was created in a Philips HD9252/90 Air Fryer*. Cook times can vary with your air fryer model.
If using frozen shrimp: air fry 1 minute to thaw before mixing with the seasoning and oil
Marinate 15-30 minutes to maximize flavor
If using a diffeerent size of shrimp adjust the cooking time accordingly
Cook shrimp in a single layer for an even cook
Shrimp are best eaten straight away - if reheating the texture will not be as good
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
Do not freeze leftovers
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes
