Coconut Milk Coconut Cream Vegetable Stock Ginger | Lemon Grass Kaffir Lime Leaves Egg Plant | Mushrooms Tomatoes | Fish Sauce Red Chili | Cilantro

Boil the coconut milk, coconut cream and broth in a large pot.

Add in the ginger, lemon grass, and lime leaves and allow to simmer.

Add in the chopped vegetables and allow to simmer. Then add the chili.

Add in the fish sauce and lime juice. Mix, then serve and enjoy!
