Uncooked Pasta Bacon Leeks Creme Fraiche Shredded Parmesan

Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and set aside, making sure to save some pasta water.

Heat up a medium skillet and cook the sliced bacon until its fully cooked through.

Lower the heat and add in the chopped leeks. Mix and cook.

Add in the pasta water and creme fraiche. Mix well.

Top with the shredded parmesan and pepper. Then mix in the pasta.
