Make the best & juiciest Chicken Patties in Air Fryer with a quick prep, a few easy steps, and 10 minutes of air frying. No chopping required thanks to powdered seasonings - and extra juicy with fresh lemon juice.
Place ground chicken in a bowl and add all the seasonings except lemon juice. Mix well.
1 lb ground chicken, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon fine table salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Add lemon juice and mix again.
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Beat the egg, then add the egg and the breadcrumbs. Mix well until everything is combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
1 egg, ¼ cup breadcrumbs
Bring out the chicken mixture from the fridge, and preheat the air fryer by running it at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Divide into 4 even sized pieces, and roll into 4 balls.
Brush the air fryer basket with oil, then place chicken balls (no more than can fit comfortably) in the air fryer basket. Brush with oil and then use the back of a spatula or spoon to press into ½ inch (1.25 cm) patties. Air fry for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C), flipping them halfway, then bring out and ensure the patties have reached an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C). If not, add a few more minutes and check again. Repeat until you have cooked all burgers.
1 teaspoon olive oil
Serve with the sides of your choice!
