Make deliciously crispy and buttery Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes in under 30 minutes with super simple prep. It's the perfect flavor-packed side for any dinner!
Preheat your air fryer by running it at 360℉ (180℃) for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. If they're very uneven in size, you can cut the larger ones in quarters lengthwise (like potato wedges).
1 lb fingerling potatoes
Melt butter and mix with garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the potatoes and mix to coat.
2 tablespoon salted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry 20-25 minutes at 360℉ (180℃), until fork tender. Shake them around once halfway for an even cook.

Notes
This recipe was tested in a Philips HD9252/90 Air Fryer and a Ninja DZ401 DualZone XL Air Fryer. Cooking time can vary with your air fryer model.
Other seasonings: You can add fresh or dried herbs like basil, thyme or rosemary to mix it up.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Some overlap is fine, but you don't want multiple layers.
Be careful when removing the potatoes from the basket so you don't also get all the butter gathered underneath it. This will make them less crispy.
Use a fork to check when they are done - they should be soft inside.
Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freezing: Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Keep in mind that the texture of potatoes changes quite a lot when freezing.
Reheating in the air fryer: Air fry 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Reheating in the microwave: Reheat starting with 1 minute and following with 30-second increments.
