Air Fryer Frozen Shrimp are super easy to make and take under 5 minutes to cook. Marinating the frozen shrimp with garlic & paprika gives them incredible flavor, and it's all topped off with fresh parsley for a green touch.

20frozen jumbo shrimp
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika powder
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoonolive oil
1tablespoonflat leaf parsleyfinely chopped
Instructions
Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and air fry 1 minute at 400°F (200°C), until thawed. Meanwhile, mix together the spices and oil in a bowl.
20 frozen jumbo shrimp, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and mix with the spices and oil. Drain any water from the bottom of the air fryer
Place the shrimp back in the air fryer basket and air fry 2 minutes (3 minutes for raw shrimp) at 400°F (200°C) until heated / cooked through. If not done, repeat in 1 minute increments until done.
When the shrimp are done, place them in a bowl or on a plate and sprinkle with parsley. Mix, then serve!

Ingredient notes & substitutions
Shrimp: this recipe can be made with pre-cooked or raw jumbo shrimp, peeled or not. You can also use smaller shrimp, just start with a shorter cook time.
Olive oil can be swapped for another type of vegetable oil
Seasoning can be adjusted as you like
Tips & tricks
If using a diffeerent size of shrimp adjust the cook time accordingly
Cook shrimp in a single layer for an even cook
Shrimp are best eaten straight away - if reheating they can turn out rubbery
If cooking rawshrimp, they are done when they are pink on the outside and the flesh on the inside is white and slightly opaque. The internal temperature should reach at least 120°F (49° C).
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days

Reheat leftovers in the air fryer* at 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes
