This 2-minute homemade apple cider vinegar salad dressing is better than store-bought and brings a burst of freshness to each dish! Sweetened with honey this vinaigrette works on everything from classic spinach salads to roasted veggies, or even as a marinade.
Place all ingredients in a jar with a lid and close the lid tightly. Shake the jar vigorously until everything is well combined. Taste test and adjust seasoning as needed.
6 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Notes
If using solid honey, heat it in the microwave to make it easier to add.
For the best flavor, use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
